Our school proudly participated in a government-organized workshop aimed at enhancing students’ understanding of money management and sustainability. The workshop focused on transforming waste materials into useful items, fostering both creativity and environmental awareness. Mrs. Sherly Hebzibha B.A.,TTEd., one of our dedicated teacher was chosen to represent our school in a two-day training program. Upon her return, she conducted a hands-on workshop on September 18, 2024, for students from STD – III to STD – IX. During this session, students crafted their own money banks from discarded materials, blending creativity with important lessons on saving and recycling. The initiative has sparked excitement among the students, who are now using their handmade money banks to save for the Book fair 2024, creating a lasting impact by promoting financial literacy, sustainability, and a passion for reading.
