On December 5, 2024, our school conducted a SPARK Meeting on the vital topic of Menstrual Hygiene for girls from classes VI to XII. The session was led by Ms. S. Kalaiarasi, an advocate, who sensitively addressed various aspects of menstruation. She educated the students on managing periods hygienically, maintaining a healthy routine during menstruation, proper disposal methods, and staying prepared for their cycles. The meeting aimed to break taboos, foster confidence, and promote a better understanding of menstrual health, empowering students to take care of themselves with dignity and awareness.
