“Freedom is the oxygen of the soul”

With great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor, our school celebrated the 79th Independence Day on August 15, bursting with the spirit of freedom and unity. The day kicked off with the flag hoisting ceremony, followed by the national anthem, filling the air with pride. Students from Std VI to XII marched with energy and discipline in a spectacular march past, saluting the national flag and igniting a sense of patriotism in everyone present. Mrs. Maheshwari, M.Sc., B.Ed., inspired all with her heartfelt speech about the true meaning of freedom and the vital role young citizens play in shaping our nation’s future. The celebration was further enlivened by powerful speeches, moving poetry, vibrant dances, a colourful fancy parade, and a thrilling Silambam demonstration. The entire program radiated the students’ deep love for the country and paid tribute to the sacrifices of our freedom fighters, making it an unforgettable and proud occasion for the whole school community.
