The Spark Meeting held on 28.11.2025 focused on the vital topic of Menstrual Hygiene, led by our respected resource person, Mrs. Malar Subramanian, who enlightened the students of Girls of STD VI to XII with essential knowledge on maintaining personal hygiene during menstruation. She emphasised that good hygiene is not an option but a habit that shapes healthy living, and through simple examples and clear explanations, she encouraged them to be confident, informed, and responsible about their health. She also highlighted the importance of breaking myths and speaking openly about menstruation, reminding them that knowledge removes fear and awareness builds confidence. The session was interactive, informative, and truly empowering, helping the students understand the significance of self-care and dignity.”
