Our School & Inner Wheel Club Tuticorin – Spic Nagar jointly conducted the Workshop on the topic “SELF DEFENCE” for the Students of STD – VIII to XII (Girls) on 07.09.2022. The chief guest for the session was Sensei. Jc. C.N.Sreejath, Founder, Head Coach of Red Tigers Karate Dojo, 1st Dan Black Belt, Shotokan Karate, KAI National Judge – Kumite B. The session started with the discussion on safety precautions at road, home, working place and other public places. He taught many self-defence tricks and techniques to develop self-confidence. All the participants were made to practice the techniques with other participant.
