K.V.S. Matric Hr. Sec. School, successfully inaugurated the Scout and Guide Movement on 19.06.2026 for students of Classes VI to IX. The program was graced by the Chief Guest, Mr. Karthick, M.Sc., B.Ed., PGDA, HWB in Scout and BT Assistant, who introduced students to the ideals and significance of the Scout and Guide Movement. During the session, he elaborated on the motto, values, and objectives of Scouting and Guiding, emphasizing the importance of discipline, leadership, service, teamwork, and character development. The session was highly interactive, with a variety of engaging activities that encouraged active student participation and fostered enthusiasm among the learners. The program provided students with valuable insights into the Scout and Guide Movement and inspired them to develop a spirit of responsibility, citizenship, and community service, making it an enriching and memorable learning experience.
